Join us for this special program to educate us on the do’s and don’ts for creating a positive visit with a friend or loved one at a facility, community, or hospital. This will be especially helpful for us when visiting those with memory loss.

      Tuesday, February 28th

      Caring for a person with Dementia is a challenge. Changes in the person’s behavior, caused by the progress of the disease, can lead to frustration and anxiety for a caregiver. Join us in a discussion where you can share your experiences and offer suggestions for handling specific medical, legal, behavioral, and financial problems. The group facilitator, Michelle McGuire, of Gateway Healthcare, will also provide information about services available from other sources. Refreshments will be served.
